Yes, absolutely! You’re welcome to use your own manual or electric wheelchair. Alternatively, VIPCARE can provide a comfortable wheelchair for your ride. If you need us to provide a wheelchair or any other accommodations, please inform our dispatcher when scheduling your appointment.
VIPCARE operates 24/7, including holidays, all year round. Our professional and courteous dispatchers are available by phone at any time. Our drivers and vehicles are always ready to meet your transportation needs whenever you require them.
We accept cash (Zelle/Cashapp), major credit cards. Payments are due at the time of transportation unless you’ve made prior arrangements with our dispatcher.
We recommend providing at least 24 hours’ notice to ensure your transportation is confirmed. However, we can also accommodate requests within 2-3 hours of your call.
Yes, we do! Our goal is to provide safe and reliable transportation from point A to point B, no matter the distance, including coast to coast. Please be aware that our rates are based on trip mileage, and trips exceeding 50 miles will incur a long-distance surcharge.

We offer comprehensive "door-to-door" and "bed-to-bed" services tailored to your specific needs. Our drivers are prepared to assist you from your location to a wheelchair, and once at your destination, they will inform the appropriate personnel and ensure you are checked in and safely situated.
If you need return transportation but don't know the pickup time, our drivers will leave a business card with the office staff and ask them to call us 30 minutes before your appointment ends. If you would like the driver to stay for the entire duration of your appointment, please make this request when booking so we can arrange for the necessary accommodations.

Absolutely! If Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) isn't a commonly used benefit of your insurance plan, contact your insurer to request a pre-authorization letter. Once you have the letter, email it to us along with your trip details to schedule your service. If you're unable to obtain pre-authorization, we also accept private payments via credit card or cash and will provide a detailed invoice for Health Savings Plan reimbursements.
Absolutely! Your caregiver or family member is welcome to accompany you. We are also happy to accommodate your service animal. There is no extra charge for additional passengers or service animals, but please note that our vans have one extra seat, so we can only accommodate up to two passengers along with you.
Absolutely! We can transport you to a variety of destinations, from physical therapy sessions to a grandchild’s graduation party. If your visit does not have a set end time, you can call us when you're ready to leave. Alternatively, for an additional fee, you can request that our driver stay on site to ensure you have a ride as soon as you're ready to go.

Yes, we do! We specialize in stretcher transportation for patients who are bed-ridden, recently post-surgery, unable to sit in a wheelchair, or immobile for any reason. Each stretcher service includes a minimum of a 2-person crew to ensure both safety and comfort throughout the journey.
