VIPCARE Transport provides specialized stretcher transportation services, ensuring a bed-to-bed transfer experience with the utmost care. Our fleet of specially modified vans is equipped to handle stretcher transfers safely and comfortably. We use Power-Assist Stryker cots, renowned for their comfort and reliability, to ensure a smooth journey. Patients remain on the stretcher throughout the trip, either lying flat or reclined, depending on their comfort needs.
Our stretcher transportation requires a minimum of two operators, with additional team members available if needed for specific circumstances, such as transferring patients from the bed to the stretcher and vice versa. Whether you’re traveling for a medical appointment, returning home from the hospital, or heading to a rehabilitation facility, VIPCARE Transport ensures a seamless journey from start to finish.

Unlike our wheelchair transport services, stretcher transport is tailored for individuals who cannot comfortably or safely remain in a wheelchair for extended periods, cannot sit upright, or do not fit into a wheelchair.
Our stretcher vans are specially designed to securely accommodate stretchers, using Stryker Power stretchers known for their superior comfort and safety.

TRIP DETAILS: Use the Contact us to provide important trip details, such as appointment type, estimated duration (if you require a return trip), and the number of stairs at your home (if you need assistance with stairs).
STAIRS: If you require assistance up or down stairs, please be aware that the quoted price will increase by at least $40 each way to cover the additional personnel needed.
WEIGHT: For patients weighing over 300 lbs, please select the Bariatric Service option.
